Daily Calorie Estimation

Our personalized calorie recommendations utilize the Mifflin-St. Jeor equation to calculate your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR). This scientifically validated formula, combined with your activity level and personal goals, allows us to suggest an appropriate daily caloric intake.
